Fees


The following fee schedule is in effect for all work performed by James G. Beatty, Jr. in the area of D.W.I. No services will be rendered prior to the payment of the appropriate fees. Discovery and Video Review A complete analysis of all discovery and an examination of the video tape (if available) to include: the preparation of the breath test instrument, the administration of the breath tests, and the evaluation of any psychophysical tests. $400.00 Data download review is an additional $200.00


Court AppearanceCourt dates WILL NOT be honored without prior confirmation and payment received by this office. Payments by check must be made at least five working days before the scheduled court date. Only certified checks, money orders or cash will be accepted on the day of trial. This fee is for appearing at the time and date scheduled. In the event that additional court appearances are necessary, this office reserves the right to assess additional fees, payable prior to the next scheduled court date. If an "On-Call" status is required an appropriate fee must be assessed. Court dates scheduled with this office that are canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled court date will be assessed a cancellation fee. All………….................................................................................................…...........……...…$900.00 Blood CasesThe N.J.S.P. now holds blood for ninety days. Each lab will accept faxes or requests via U.S. Mail to preserve the second vial of blood. An order is necessary to obtain the second vial. Upon receipt of the order arrangements will be made with the submitting agency to turn over the vial for transportation to Lab Corp. for ethanol testing. Fee includes transportation of sample, chain of custody, time and travel………………….$500.00 Analysis included

Frank Dean

Frank is a retired police sergeant spending 25 yrs with the Keansburg Police department.

Frank is a graduated of the 33rd class of the Monmouth County Police Academy 1987.

Frank is a member of the Honor Legion of New Jersey having been cited for bravery for disarming a man with a knife holding a baby hostage.

Glenn Mason

Larry is a 1977 graduate of the160th State Police Class. He spent 25 years with the Toms River Police Department.Larry completed K-9 training in June of 1987. Larry has been awarded a MOCIB citation, 4 class B medals, a medal for Valor, 4 class C medals and is certified by the United States Police K-9 Associastion as a K-9 handler. Larry has a unique knowledge of K-9 handling and search and siezure laws as they pertain to the use of K-9s.

All of our investigators have over twenty-five years of police expierence.; including accident investigation, criminal investigations including sex crimes, robbery, assault and homicides..




Glenn spent 25 years with the Hazlet Police department retiring as a Detective. A 1981 graduate of the 20th class of the Monmouth County Police Academy. Glenn has also attended numerous in-service training course including the F.B.I Latent fFngerprint School, and D.E.A Basic Course.

Glenn brings a strong background in Criminal Investigations related to Forensics’, Bias Crimes, Gangs, Hate Groups and Organized Criminal Groups. Also specialized in Emergency Management/ Homeland Security as well as Building/Personal Security. Strong working knowledge of Evidence/Property Room Management and Asset Forfeiture. Leadership, planning ,budget preparation ,writing emergency operations plans, instruction, policy making, and excellent communications skills are a few of the qualities Glenn brings to the table.

Glenn has received a Medal of Valor from the 200 Club of Monmouth County, was Policeman of the Year, was inducted into the Police Hall of Fame and has received numerous police accomadations. Glenn is also a member of the USCG Auxiliary
